GOALS:

          1) promote meteorite research

          2) provide formal education about meteorites (classes at PSU)

          3) increase public awareness about meteorites (lectures and
                       demonstrations, provide specimen identification service to
                       the public)

         4) maintain and increase the Portland State meteorite collection
